Representative Director, Yoshiyuki Arai started his current journey in New Zealand in 1982. He went there on a market research trip and was shocked by the volume of fish. It was also his first encounter with the red sea bass.
He opened a small shop in Thornbury in 1983, moving to South Yarra and finally Footscray.
